Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to LockRush, an Android game published under the SutraForge studio brand. It explains what information LockRush accesses or processes, why it is used, where it is stored, when it may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to players.
1. Google Play Games data
Connecting Google Play Games is optional. When a player connects Google Play Games, LockRush may access the Play Games player identifier, gaming profile information, display name and avatar where Google makes them available, plus leaderboard scores and ranking information.
How LockRush uses this data: only to provide player-profile and leaderboard features, authenticate the game with Google Play Games Services, and submit or retrieve eligible leaderboard scores.
LockRush does not use Play Games authorization to access Gmail, contacts, photos or ordinary Google Drive files. Google Play Games configuration may use standard platform scopes required by Google. Any app-data storage scope used by the Play Games platform is limited to app-specific data and does not give LockRush access to a player's normal Drive documents.
2. Gameplay and local progress
LockRush stores gameplay information locally on the player's device, including scores, levels, mode records, Coins, Gems, owned or equipped cosmetics, settings and active-run state. This information is used to maintain progress and personalize gameplay.
SutraForge does not currently operate a separate server-side LockRush player-account database. Local progress may be lost if app storage is cleared or the game is uninstalled unless a future supported synchronization feature is explicitly provided.
3. Leaderboards
For eligible ranked runs, LockRush may submit a score and the relevant leaderboard identifier to Google Play Games. Google manages the leaderboard service and the associated Play Games identity. Continued runs that use a rewarded ad or Gem continue are intended to remain unranked and are not submitted as ranked scores.
4. Purchases and virtual currency
LockRush may offer optional purchases of Gems or other digital items through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the payment. LockRush may receive product identifiers, purchase status and purchase tokens needed to grant the item and prevent duplicate granting.
SutraForge does not receive or store a player's full payment-card details.
5. Advertising
LockRush may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), including rewarded and interstitial ads. Depending on consent choices, account settings, device configuration and region, Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, advertising interactions and diagnostic information to deliver, measure and protect advertising.
Where required, LockRush will use applicable consent or platform controls for advertising and privacy choices.
6. Support communications
If a player contacts SutraForge at supportsutraforge@gmail.com, we receive the information voluntarily included in the message, such as the sender's email address, message content and attachments. This information is used to respond to the request and investigate support issues.
7. Sharing
SutraForge does not sell LockRush player data. Information may be processed by service providers needed for the features described above, including Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing and Google Mobile Ads. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the game and its users.
8. Security
LockRush is designed to minimize the amount of player data handled directly by SutraForge. Platform features use Google-provided services and encrypted network connections supplied by those platforms. Local game data is stored within the app's device storage. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Retention and deletion
- Local game data: retained on the device until changed by the game, app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
- Google Play Games data: retained and controlled through Google Play Games according to Google's account and data-management controls.
- Google Play purchase records: retained by Google under Google Play's applicable policies and legal obligations.
- Support messages: retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve support, security or legal matters.
Because SutraForge does not currently maintain a separate LockRush account database, there is no separate SutraForge player account to delete. Players can manage Play Games profile and data through Google Play Games and can remove local LockRush data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. For support-email deletion requests, contact us.
10. Children's privacy
LockRush does not intentionally ask children to submit personal information directly to SutraForge. Age-related, family, advertising and parental-control requirements may apply through Google Play depending on the player's account, region and the final target-audience configuration of the published game.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when LockRush features, data practices or third-party integrations change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
